本人长期聚焦复杂性状的功能基因组学解析，包括基因组组装和注释、多组学整合、QTL定位及调控机制解析等研究方向。紧扣国际前沿，融合高通量测序、多组学关联分析与机器学习算法，针对水稻、油菜、拟南芥、香蕉等物种开展了系列研究，旨在揭示复杂性状形成的分子基础与调控网络，为设计育种提供基因资源和理论支撑。
